Brighton Garage Rockers come up trumps

This Brighton-based quartet draw inspiration from Scandinavian Garage
rockers like The Hives and The (International) Noise Conspiracy. Having
toured like maniacs for the last two years, they've built up an impressive
following and, if the four tracks on this EP are anything to go by, they're
much more than just another Garage band. Admittedly, opener 'Get Out, Right
Now' does have all the trademarks of the aforementioned Swedes but
'Communication' could have come straight from the soundtrack of Reservoir
Dogs. 'Turn Off The World' sounds like a collision between Rocket from the
Crypt and The Kinks whilst 'We're Convicted'' almost strays into Foo
Fighters' territory. We're only just into 2005 and already we've found a
contender for the position of your new favourite band.
